Background
With over 15 years of progressive leadership experience in the Information Technology (IT) field, I’ve worked across a breadth of sectors including tech (OmniMark Technologies), telecommunications (Stentor), financial services (MD Management), crown corporations (EDC), and management consulting (Deloitte and Touche). I’ve developed the ability to work effectively with diverse groups and individuals at all organizational levels.

I have over 5 years experience coaching over 600 individuals across diverse industries internationally. I’ve facilitated corporate training and development programs for clients such as: Transport Canada, Auditor General of Canada, Communications Security Establishment, Foreign Affairs and International Trade, Rogers Media, and University of Ottawa.
